Ticket sales for this match will be as follows:
Wednesday 19 October from 10am until 5pm ONLINE ONLY: Tickets will be sold to season ticket holders and members on the UK away scheme. Supporters on the scheme will be given 500 temporary loyalty points. Maximum 10 tickets per transaction.
Thursday 20 October from 10am until 11.30am ONLINE ONLY: Season ticket holders with 65 loyalty points or more can purchase one ticket per person.
Thursday 20 October from 12pm until 1.30pm ONLINE ONLY: Season ticket holders with 60 loyalty points or more can purchase one ticket per person.
Thursday 20 October from 2pm until 3.30pm ONLINE ONLY: Season ticket holders with 55 loyalty points or more can purchase one ticket per person.
Thursday 20 October from 4pm ONLINE ONLY: All remaining season ticket holders who have yet to purchase can purchase one ticket per person.
Friday 21 October from 10am until 11.30am ONLINE ONLY:Members with 33 loyalty points or more can purchase one ticket per person.
Friday 21 October from 12pm until 1.30pm ONLINE ONLY: Members with 28 loyalty points or more can purchase one ticket per person.
Friday 21 October 2pm until 3.30pm ONLINE ONLY: Members with 23 loyalty points or more can purchase one ticket per person.
Friday 21 October from 4pm ONLINE ONLY: All remaining members who have yet to purchase can purchase one ticket per person. Season ticket holders who do not already have a ticket will be able to purchase at one ticket per person.
Disabled Supporters Application Process
Disabled supporters can apply by telephone sales on the disability line 0371 811 2012 or international 0044 207 915 1950 or by submitting the application form to [email protected] during the relevant sales period as detailed above.
Supporters who are registered disabled wishing to apply by email can download the away disabled ticket application form which can be found by clicking here.
To receive a personal assistant ticket disabled season ticket holders/members will need to apply by telephone sale or via the application form and not by purchasing online.
The wheelchair bays located on Box Level do not have direct access to the visiting supporter concourse. Entrance is via the accessible entrance and lift at H door. Disabled toilets are accessible either on the Box Level corridor or facilities adjacent to Legends. Please be aware that H door is also a home supporter entrance, and that visiting supporters will mix with home supporters when using facilities.
Orders will be taken up to 15 minutes before kick-off (for service before kick-off) and up to five minutes after kick-off (for half-time service). Food and drink will be delivered to the seat approximately 15 minutes after the order has been placed or at the start of half-time if ordered beforehand. Card payment only. In line with the Ground Regulations, there will be no alcohol served in these locations.
Audio Descriptive Commentary
Supporters can request a complimentary headset when booking their ticket with the access team. This request will then then be passed on to Manchester City to accommodate, subject to availability.
Car Parking at The Etihad
There are 14 accessible car parking spaces in the Grey Car park. Supporters must request a parking space when purchasing their match ticket with the access team. Confirmation will be sent to the supporter by Manchester City.
Coach travel to The Etihad stadium will be on sale at 10am on Wednesday 19 October.
Coaches will depart Stamford Bridge at 12pm and Newport Pagnell at 1.30pm.
Coaches will be priced at £10 per person.
Applications for coach travel will be open until 5pm on Friday 28 October. Applications may close earlier if coaches reach full capacity.
Please note that all timings are estimated and will be confirmed on your final itinerary sent via email 3 - 5 days before travel.

Car Parking at Stamford Bridge
Car parking at Stamford Bridge for domestic coach travel is now available to book with Sportsbreaks.com. You will be able to select this option when making your normal coach travel booking at an additional £10 per vehicle. Please follow instructions when making your booking with Sportsbreaks.com, ensuring you provide them correctly with your car make and registration when entering passenger details. Car parking will not be available to supporters who have not pre-booked this with sportsbreaks.com. We recommend booking early as spaces are limited.
We have received an allocation of 5,537 tickets which includes an allocation of 16 non-ambulant and 16 personal assistant tickets. Ambulant tickets will be taken from the main allocation.
Dispatching of tickets
Tickets will be posted out via first class post.
Supporters who do not receive their tickets by post should email the ticket office on Wednesday 9 November before 5pm.
Supporters will receive 5 (five) loyalty points for this match.

Supporters Under-14 are not allowed to enter the stadium without an Adult (over-18). Supporters over-14 and under-18 can enter the stadium unaccompanied, however they are not allowed to be responsible for another supporter. Only supporters over-18 can be responsible for a child under-18.
