Application process for supporters with access needs

Personal assistant tickets can only be allocated via the above application process.

Car parking

Accessible parking is provided to the south of the stadium; spaces are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. Please note that this is a council-operated car park and unless a Blue Badge holder has a disabled tax-exempt vehicle permit, purchased from BCP council, they must pay for car parking even with a valid Blue Badge certificate. Supporters will need to email disability@afcb.co.uk.

Coach travel

Coach travel to the Vitality Stadium will be on sale from 10am on Wednesday 19 November.

Coaches will depart Stamford Bridge at 10:00 and will be priced at £15 per person.

Allocation

We have received an allocation of 1,307 tickets which includes an allocation of 11 non-ambulant and 11 personal assistant tickets. Ambulant tickets will be taken from the main allocation.

Dispatching of tickets

The entire allocation for this fixture will be in digital form. This will be clearly marked on the online portal, so supporters can be aware that they are purchasing tickets in this format. Tickets will be sent from Monday 1 December, via email.

Duplicate tickets

Supporters who require assistance with their digital tickets can contact the ticket office on Friday 5 December no later than 12pm. Please note that away duplicate tickets can only be collected by supporters in the booking.
