Application process for supporters with access needs

Supporters who require accessible tickets can submit an application form found here; which can be submitted during the relevant selling period. Personal assistant tickets can only be allocated via the above application process.

Coach travel

Coach travel to Elland Road will be on sale from 10am on Monday 17 November.

Coaches will depart Stamford Bridge at 13:00 and Newport Pagnell at 14:30 and will be priced at £15 per person.

Please note that all timings are estimated and will be confirmed on your final itinerary sent via email three to five days before travel. Supporters can click here to purchase or call on 0333 230 9115. You should only book travel if you have a valid match ticket.

Allocation

We have received an allocation of 2,960 tickets which includes an allocation of 15 non-ambulant and 15 personal assistant tickets. Ambulant tickets will be taken from the main allocation.

Dispatching of tickets

Tickets will be posted out via first-class post.

Duplicate tickets

Supporters who do not receive their tickets by post should email the ticket office on Wednesday 3 December no later than 12pm. Please note that away duplicate tickets can only be collected by supporters in the booking.

Loyalty points

Supporters will receive three loyalty points for this match.

Refunds

Away match tickets are not refundable.
