Ticket selling information has been announced for our visit to Old Trafford later this month.

Chelsea play away against Manchester United in the Premier League on Saturday 20 September, kick-off 5:30pm, and ticket sales for this match will be as follows:

The entire allocation for this fixture will be in digital form. This will be clearly marked on the online portal, so supporters can be aware that they are purchasing tickets in this format. Tickets will be sent the week commencing Monday 15 September, via email, and will need to be downloaded by supporters into their Apple/Google wallet.

Thursday 4 September from 10am until 11:30am: Tickets will be sold to season ticket holders on a loyalty-point basis, one ticket per person. The number of loyalty points required will be announced on this website no later than 9:30am on Thursday 4 September.

Application process for supporters with access needs

Supporters who require accessible tickets can submit an application form found here; which can be submitted during the relevant selling period. Alternatively, supporters can call our access team on 0371 811 2012 or 0044 207 915 1950 (international callers) to reserve your tickets or enquire about further information. Personal assistant tickets can only be allocated via the above application process.

Manchester United have sent us 27 ambulant supporters’ tickets (as priced below) plus 27 personal assistant tickets which are free of charge. This is the total available dedicated seating with appropriate facilities associated. Once the dedicated ambulant seating is sold out, tickets will be taken from the main allocation. However, please note that in line with Manchester United’s ticketing policy, any personal assistants’ tickets allocated in standard seating will need to pay the full price.

Coach travel

Coach travel to Old Trafford will be on sale from 10am on Thursday 4 September.

Coaches will depart Stamford Bridge at 10:30 and Newport Pagnell at 12:00 and will be priced at £43 per person.

Please note that all timings are estimated and will be confirmed on your final itinerary sent via email three to five days before travel. Supporters can click here to purchase or call on 0333 230 9115. You should only book travel if you have a valid match ticket.

Allocation

We have received an allocation of 3,099 tickets which includes an allocation of 18 non-ambulant and 18 personal assistant tickets. Ambulant tickets will be taken from the main allocation.

Dispatching of tickets

The entire allocation will be digital tickets sent to supporters via email. Tickets will need to be downloaded by supporters into their Apple/Google wallet. Tickets will be sent the week commencing Monday 15 September.

Duplicate tickets

Supporters who require assistance with their digital tickets can contact the ticket office on Friday 19 September no later than 12pm. Please note that away duplicate tickets can only be collected by supporters in the booking.

Loyalty points

Supporters will receive one loyalty point for this match.

Refunds

Away match tickets are not refundable.
