Ticket selling details have been announced for our final fixture before Christmas.

Chelsea travel to the North-East to play Newcastle United in a Premier League fixture on Saturday 20 December with kick-off at 12:30pm at St James' Park.

Ticket sales for this match will be as follows:

Thursday 4 December from 10am until 1:30pm: Tickets will be sold one ticket per season ticket holder

Thursday 4 December from 2pm until 5pm: Tickets will be sold one ticket per member.

Tickets will be sold online only.

Application process for supporters with access needs

Supporters who require accessible tickets can submit an application form found here; which can be submitted during the relevant selling period. Alternatively, supporters can call our access team on 0371 811 2012 or 0044 207 915 1950 (international callers) to reserve your tickets or enquire about further information. Personal assistant tickets can only be allocated via the above application process.

Accessible car parking

There is limited parking available. All parking requests must include a copy of the back of the supporter’s Blue Badge and be sent to Car.Parking@nufc.co.uk. The away disabled parking ballot will run a week before match day and successful applicants will be notified in the week leading up to the match.

Coach travel

Coach travel to St James’ Park will be on sale from 10am on Thursday 4 December.

Coaches will depart Stamford Bridge at 03:30 and Newport Pagnell at 05:00.

Coaches will be priced at £15 per person.

Please note that all timings are estimated and will be confirmed on your final itinerary sent via email three to five days before travel. Supporters can click here to purchase or call on 0333 230 9115. You should only book travel if you have a valid match ticket.

Allocation

We have received an allocation of 3,214 tickets which includes an allocation of 16 non-ambulant and 16 personal assistant tickets. Ambulant tickets will be taken from the main allocation.

Dispatching of tickets

The entire allocation for this fixture will be in digital form. This will be clearly marked on the online portal, so supporters can be aware that they are purchasing tickets in this format. Tickets will be sent from Monday 15 December, via email.

Duplicate tickets

Supporters who require assistance with their digital tickets can contact the ticket office on Friday 19 December no later than 12pm. Please note that away duplicate tickets can only be collected by supporters in the booking.

Loyalty points

Supporters will receive three loyalty points for this match.

Refunds

Away match tickets are not refundable.
