Monday 26 September from 10am until 11.30am ONLINE ONLY: Tickets will be sold to members on a loyalty point basis, one ticket per person. The number of loyalty points required will be announced on this website no later than 9.30am on Monday 26 September.

To receive a personal assistant ticket disabled members will need to apply by telephone sale or via the application form and not purchasing online.

Accessible Car Parking

Supporters with a valid blue badge can apply for a car parking space from 10am on Tuesday 11 October. Car parking spaces are subject to availability and can be applied for by calling 0371 811 2012 or international 0044 207 915 1950

Dispatching of tickets

Supporters will need to ensure they have a valid email address registered in their online account as all tickets are print@home and will be dispatched via email from Tuesday 18 October.

Duplicate tickets

Duplicate tickets will only be given to the individual season ticket holder or member.

Supporters should visit the ticket office on the day of the match with photo ID and where applicable the season ticket/membership card.

Supporters will receive one loyalty point for this match.

Ticket exchange

Only season ticket holders and members will be able to purchase home Premier League match tickets through the ticket exchange if they do not already have a ticket for the match. Supporters can access the ticket exchange through the season ticket and members portal. Within the ticketing portal season ticket holders and members will see the menu option for the ticket exchange.

The ticket exchange will open at 11am on Monday 26 September.

The ticket exchange will close at 3pm on Friday 4 November.

Allocation and stadium entry information

We have received an allocation of 1,500 tickets which includes an allocation of five non-ambulant and personal assistant tickets. Ambulant tickets will be taken from the main allocation.

Business season tickets or multiple season tickets in one name

Season tickets held in a business name (as determined by the club) cannot purchase tickets for UEFA away matches.

Any season ticket holder who holds two or more season tickets in one name can only purchase one UEFA away match ticket.

Tickets purchased using season tickets in a business name or multiple names will have the ticket order refunded.

Collection Procedure

Once the fully completed declaration forms have been received a voucher will be emailed to the lead supporter who made the booking.

In order to collect the ticket each individual supporter will be required to bring with them in person the voucher and their valid passport. Please note copies of the passport will NOT be accepted and each supporter will need to visit the collection point in person. Tickets are not transferrable and cannot be collected on behalf of other supporters.

Further details in relation to the location of the ticket collection point, along with match security and safety information will be communicated to supporters by email as soon as possible.

Declaration form submission

Each supporter will need to fully complete a declaration form once the booking has been made.

The declaration form must be completed accurately including the passport number of the applicant.

Supporters who purchase two tickets or more in one transaction will be required to submit the application forms from that transaction at the same time.

Deadlines

Please note the following deadlines are in place for this match:

Declaration forms must arrive with the ticket office no later than 12 noon Friday 14 October.

Supporters who do not receive their voucher must contact the ticket office on Monday 24 October.

Tickets will go off sale at 12noon Friday 14 October.

Ticket sales for this match will be as follows:

Tuesday 27 September 10am until Tuesday 27 September 5pm: Supporters on the UEFA away scheme can purchase one ticket. Supporters on the scheme will be given 500 temporary loyalty points.

Wednesday 28 September 10am until 1pm:Season ticket holders can purchase one ticket.

Wednesday 28 September 2pm until 5pm: Members can purchase one ticket.

Please note that tickets will be allocated in a strict selling order.
