Accessible Car Parking

Supporters with a valid blue badge can apply for a car parking space from Wednesday 1 September. Car parking spaces are subject to availability and can be applied for by calling 0371 811 2012 or international 0044 207 915 1950.

Dispatching of tickets

Supporters will need to ensure they have a valid email address registered in their online account as all tickets are print@home and will be dispatched immediately.

Duplicate tickets

Duplicate tickets will only be given to the individual season ticket holder or member.

Supporters should visit the ticket office on the day of the match with photo ID and where applicable the season ticket/membership card.

Allocation

We have received an allocation of 2,299 tickets which includes an allocation of 17 non-ambulant and 17 personal assistant tickets. Ambulant tickets will be taken from the main allocation.

Dispatching of tickets

Tickets will be posted out via first class post.

Duplicate tickets

Supporters who do not receive their tickets by post should email the ticket office on Friday 9 September before 5pm.

Loyalty points

Please note, regular checks are made on concession ticket usage at turnstiles. Supporters are advised to bring a form of identification with them to the match (copy of birth certificate or passport). Any adults found trying to gain entry using a concession ticket will face refusal of entry/ejection without refund.
