With just weeks remaining in the 2024/25 season, there is plenty of excitement coming up this week, including the chance to book our place in a European final. Here is what to look out for with the Blues in the next few days.

Monday

The week started with us reflecting on a memorable 3-1 win over recently-crowned champions Liverpool. The performance of Romeo Lavia received plenty of plaudits and one of those to praise the midfielder was Enzo Maresca.

The Belgium international spoke after the game himself about how Chelsea have found some real momentum and you can read Romeo's interview here.

Cole Palmer was another one who reflected on our 'big win' and getting back among the goals.

Tuesday

Enzo Fernandez and Levi Colwill also gave their thoughts on Sunday's Premier League win over Liverpool at Stamford Bridge, and we will have their interviews on the site on Tuesday afternoon.

You can also catch up on everything that happened at the Chelsea end of season awards, including hearing from our newly-crowned Player of the Year duo Moises Caicedo and Erin Cuthbert in exclusive interviews.

Catarina Macario has also been speaking about our women's team's 1-0 win at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Wednesday

The build-up to this week's European semi-final begins in earnest when we bring you a live stream of the first 15 minutes of training from Cobham at 11am, as the Blues embark on our final session before Thursday's game.

Then, at 3pm, Maresca and one of his players will be sitting down at Stamford Bridge to discuss the second leg of our tie with Djurgarden in their pre-match press conference, which you can also watch live on the official Blues website and Chelsea Official App.

Thursday

Chelsea have a chance to book ourselves a place in a European final when we host Djurgarden in the second leg of our UEFA Conference League semi-final at Stamford Bridge. Leading 4-1 from last week's first game in Sweden, we can finish the job on Thursday evening when we meet again at 8pm.

Supporters in the UK can watch the game live on TNT Sports, while we will be covering all the build-up, action and reaction as it happens in our Chelsea vs Djurgarden Match Centre.

After the match, we will bring you all the reaction from Maresca and his squad first, followed by the best of the action in our highlights from midnight.

Friday

The reaction to Thursday night's Conference League semi-final decider will continue on Friday morning, along with the full match replay at midnight and, hopefully, details of an upcoming European final in the Polish city of Wroclaw.

Chelsea's attention then quickly switches back to domestic action and the Premier League ahead of the weekend, and you can watch Maresca's press conference on demand as he previews Sunday's away trip to Newcastle United.

Sonia Bompastor will also be speaking to the media in a pre-match press conference on Friday, the day before Chelsea continue our Women's Super League victory tour at home against Liverpool, in our penultimate game of the season.

Saturday

Bompastor will lead her Blues out at home as Women's Super League champions for the first time on Saturday. Having sealed the title away at Manchester United, before travelling to Tottenham Hotspur last weekend, this will be the first time the Blues get to celebrate the victory with the home supporters at Stamford Bridge.

Liverpool are the visitors for this 12.30pm kick-off, which will be shown live in the UK by Sky Sports. You can also follow all the action as it happens in our Chelsea Women vs Liverpool Match Centre.

You can then hear from Bompastor and her Blues after the final whistle, followed by all the highlights of the game itself from midday on Sunday.

Sunday

There are only three Premier League fixtures remaining for Chelsea as the incredibly tight race for UEFA Champions League qualification continues. The first of those arrives on Sunday, when we make the trip north to take on Newcastle United at midday.

The Magpies are currently ahead of us in the table on goal difference, meaning victory at St James' Park would move us up to at least fourth by the end of the weekend. The game will be shown live by TNT Sports and we will be providing minute-by-minute updates throughout the day in our Newcastle United vs Chelsea Match Centre.

You can get all the reaction from Maresca and the players after the game, with highlights available from 4pm. If you missed it the first time around, you can also watch the whole 90 minutes in our full match replay from midnight.
